Responsibilities
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development and release of SpyCloud's cybersecurity solutions, ensuring high-quality and high-speed delivery.

- Agentic Development & AI-DLC: Lead the team's transition to agentic development practices and develop, implement, and enforce adherence to an AI Development Lifecycle AI-DLC that accelerates delivery while preserving scale, quality, and security.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse engineering team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. •
- Experience in driving technical innovation and embracing emerging technologies. Proven
- experience leading engineering teams through the transition to agentic development practices without sacrificing scale, quality, or security. •
- Experience developing and enforcing an AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) or comparable framework governing AI-assisted software delivery. Nice to Have: Prior
- SpyCloud transforms recaptured darknet data to disrupt cybercrime.
- Its automated identity threat protection solutions use advanced analytics and AI to accelerate investigations and protect workforce, consumer, and supplier identities from the threats that matter most: authentication bypass, session hijacking, malicious insiders, account takeover, ransomware, and fraud.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of engineering leadership experience, ideally in the cybersecurity or identity industry.

- Base Salary Range: $187,000 – $280,000
- The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting. U.S.-Based
