Requirements
- Our clients often have ambitious roadmaps spanning operations, supply chain, inventory management, automation, AI initiatives, internal tooling, and custom software development.
- The challenge is rarely a lack of ideas—it is creating the clarity, prioritization, and documentation required to move from concepts to execution.
- In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, product leaders, and engineering teams to uncover workflows, document requirements, identify opportunities for automation and AI, and create buildable specifications that accelerate delivery.
- - Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and AI-driven solutions.
- EXPERIENCE MUST HAVES - 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis,
- Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, process documentation, and acceptance criteria. - Ability to quickly understand new business domains and operational workflows. -
- Experience working closely with software development teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings. - Excellent written documentation skills. - Advanced English required. - Familiarity with AI tools. NICE-TO-HAVES -
- Experience with ERP, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or fulfillment operations. -
- Experience with workflow automation initiatives. - Familiarity with knowledge management systems, documentation platforms, or requirements repositories.
