Responsibilities
- Lead Client Benchmark Engagements and Related Projects:
- Lead Omnichannel Marketing benchmarks and all projects with clients, from project initiation to final delivery.
- Author benchmark engagement reports summarizing clientās resources and capabilities relative to peer set companies and TGaSā continuums of best practices, including recommendations to improve operational effectiveness/efficiencies to coincide with the client organizationsā current or evolving/future needs
- Represent the Omnichannel Marketing solution while working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other TGaS teams in the course of client engagements spanning multiple TGaS solutions
- Demonstrate expertise and provide consultative guidance on key Omnichannel Marketing areas:
- Lead the Omnichannel Marketing solution semi-annual Client Summits. Envision and create content to be showcased at the Client Summits
- Identify and implement enhancements to the advisory services process.
- Conduct routine ābest practice deep divesā to be published and distributed to the network of TGaS advisory services clients 2.
- Design and implement enhancements to existing solutions consistent with TGaSā core business model.
- Evolve deliverable formats to increase the value TGaS brings to the network and to individual clients.
- Collaborates with Marketing to develop marketing collateral for new offerings. Candidate Profile &
Requirements
- TGaSĀ® Advisors contributions help to inform our clientsā commercial structures, operating practices, resource planning and capabilities development.
- Marketing technology, data, analytics, AI-enabled engagement, and performance measurement
- experience directing Omnichannel Marketing departments and/or functions in a large or mid-tier pharmaceutical company or emerging life sciences organization.
- The candidate must possess the credibility and
- experience to both deeply understand Marketing and Omnichannel Marketing roles/responsibilities, processes, systems, and advise on related best practices.
- experience as a consultant or in roles of a consultative capacity would be desirable. In addition, the candidate will have a track record that exemplifies:
- Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing with extensive background in Omnichannel Marketing
- An ability to consult, problem-solve, work autonomously, and to organize complex information into clear actionable recommendations that improve (client) business results
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, coupled with excellent communication skills, including group presentations, verbal and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Education: A Bachelorās degree is required.

- Trinityās salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of
- The base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000 per year.
- Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidateās skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity.
- In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

- The Executive Director, Management Advisor, Omnichannel Marketing position will report into the Senior Vice President/Vice President of Marketing Enablement and will support the Omnichannel Marketing solution while serving in a client-facing and project management capacity.
