Requirements
- In This Role When you join the WLO Customer Support Department you will be assisting WLO clients with their order placement, order administration and troubleshooting by providing them solutions with all your knowledge to ensure the best service possible.
- You will ensure the best possible use of technology (Salesforce/SAP) in order for a smooth process and maximum client satisfaction.
- You will also have the chance to utilize your skills in different back-office tasks and grow professionally.
- experience of 2-3 years in that field. The ability and drive to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. You have at least 2-3 years’
- experience in an international company using Salesforce as the main commercial tool. You have
- experience in commercial administrative process and improvements.
- Fluency in another European language is a strong addition.
- experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and SAP are a big plus.
