Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sourcing process end to end: cost-benefit analyses, contract review, and vendor negotiations
- Monitor supplier performance and partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate business reviews
- Assure stakeholder alignment to drive the right business solutions and pricing
- Deliver win-win outcomes with internal and external partners in vendor negotiations
- Manage projects related to Strategic Sourcing process, tools, and functional improvements
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline preferred
- Has shown the ability to influence others, even without formal authority

- Annual Base Salary $75,565 — $114,300 USD Total Rewards

- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you will play an integral part in elevating the role of Strategic Sourcing at Samsara — enabling stakeholder success, driving supplier innovation, and delivering savings across your assigned categories.

- This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. It can be office-based or fully remote.
