Responsibilities

Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work and address hazards, as needed
Collaborate with other installers on the project throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies
Provide support for minor service calls as needed

experience through the process of installing RbA’s windows and doors. Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to pull tools, inspect, and stage of all product types on the job, as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check
Basic construction techniques
Basic understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
Safety knowledge of all equipment
Proper usage and understanding of PPE Skills and Competencies:
Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels Basic math skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Initiative; ability to work independently
Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
CORO Safety & Compliance training required
First Aid/CPR – Every 2 years

Effectively prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean
Assures jobsite safety practices and procedures are followed at the jobsite, including but not limited to, PPE, fall protection, power tool use, and proper lifting requirements
Set up and tear down tarps, runners, plastic, etc. (i.e., floor and furniture protections)
