Responsibilities
- Analyze audit and sample results, convert findings into score samples, spreadsheets, or concise summaries, and share results with supervision and the process team.
- Investigate, diagnose, and help correct process issues, improving process stability and supporting hourly employees with accurate troubleshooting.
Requirements
- What You Bring to the Role High school diploma or GED required .
- Strong computer and digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and the ability to organize and summarize audit or sample data in spreadsheets or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete scheduled audits and samples reliably.
- Pot room experience and QLC Mobile or APG experience are not required .

- About the Role As the Carbon Process Technician, you will be accountable for key processes and performance measures in the Carbon area.
- You will work closely with the hourly workforce, supervisors, management, production, maintenance, and support organizations to meet area objectives and support continuous process improvement.
- You will serve all areas of the Carbon plant by completing audits, observations, measurements, and sampling; organizing results into spreadsheets or other practical reporting formats; and sharing insights with supervisors and the process team to support troubleshooting and process changes.
- This is typically a weekday day-shift role, such as 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with limited overtime unless voluntary opportunities arise.
- You should expect to spend time in a large industrial plant environment that can be hot, dirty, and potentially hazardous.
