Responsibilities

Requirements
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to support platform operations for our large Salesforce instance with 25+ inbound and outbound integrations.
- You will be a technical expert and coach, guiding the development team and shaping our Salesforce architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability. What you'll do:
- As part of our Salesforce Platform Engineering Operations team, you will:
- ● Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability to handle growing business
- ● Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and trends.
- experience as a Salesforce developer, with proven success in
- experience designing, developing and implementing complex Salesforce
- Salesforce technologies. ● Extensive
- experience with Salesforce customization and configuration. ● Hands-on
- experience or strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns including using platform events. ●
- Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, Bulk APIs. ●
- Experience with Performance monitoring and Observability tools such as Datadog to monitor Salesforce platform performance. ●
- Experience with / strong understanding of Salesforce Security, SSO concepts.
- ● Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform governor limits and best practices.
- ● Proven ability to write clean, efficient, scalable and maintainable Apex code.
- ● Expert in Salesforce deployment process in a multiple/complex environment. ●
- Experience with performance optimization techniques and best practices.
- ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively
- Experience with or strong understanding of the SOX compliance process.
- ● Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- ● Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly desired. ● Demonstrable
