Responsibilities
- - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and operational uptime.
- - Plan and oversee maintenance projects, repairs, shutdown activities, and facility improvement initiatives.
- - Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and service providers.
- - Ensure compliance with company safety standards, regulatory requirements, and maintenance best practices.
- - Track and analyze maintenance metrics, work order trends, and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, organization, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- experience within industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving reliability, and driving operational excellence.

- experience leading maintenance teams or facility operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and facility infrastructure. -
- Experience developing or managing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS platforms. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to analyze maintenance data and implement process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency. -
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software preferred. - OSHA certification or technical trade certifications are a plus.

- RESPONSIBILITIES - What You’ll Do - Lead and manage daily maintenance operations across office, production, and facility environments.
