Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly inventory subledger reconciliation process, including reconciling transactions between our MES tool and ERP subledger
- Identify and resolve complex issues, data discrepancies, and process bottlenecks to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with the broader accounting team on month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support financial audits and SOX compliance initiatives by providing necessary documentation and process insights Requirements

- Experience in a high-growth manufacturing, hardware, or tech environment
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- experience with NetSuite manufacturing module
- Deep knowledge of PLM and MES flows
