Responsibilities
- - Support business cases and financial models for commercial initiatives, strategic investments, and new business opportunities.
- - Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments for strategic and operational decision-making.
- - Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support business visibility.
- - Lead cross-functional project teams when required
Requirements
- Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Business, or related field. - Minimum 5–8 years of total relevant experience, including 3–5 years in FP&A or Business Controlling (MNC experience preferred). -
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. - Strong command of business English, with ability to present insights to senior leadership. - Advanced financial modelling skills including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. -
- Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred; familiarity with automation or AI tools is an advantage. - Strong understanding of full financial statements (IS/BS/CF) and financial linkages. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar); SQL knowledge is beneficial. - High proficiency in Excel; Anaplan
- experience preferred. - Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders. - Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability.
