Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Data Governance Lead to align data quality standards with governance policies.
- Create and manage a regular cadence of data profiling, audits, and quality reporting. 2.
- Maintain and manage a data quality issue log and support root cause analysis and prevention planning.
- Train business users and stewards on data entry best practices and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Our team is laying the foundation for data excellence—starting with customer master data—and we’re looking for a visionary leader to help shape and scale our data governance capabilities.
- Data Quality Strategy & Execution Develop and implement data quality rules and control mechanisms for customer master data across systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, MDM tools).
- Partner with GTS and Data Stewards to implement solutions and automate cleansing routines where possible. 3.
- Experience in med tech, healthcare, or life sciences industries. Knowledge of data governance principles and regulatory
- requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Familiarity with customer onboarding processes and lead-to-cash workflows.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
