Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day task allocation, pipeline prioritization, and sprint planning for the analyst team to ensure high-velocity, high-accuracy execution.
- Own the delivery and synthesis of high-level business analyses, directly presenting performance reviews and report-outs to business leaders.
- Maintain a hands-on presence in the work - stepping in to write complex SQL and navigating our BI tool - but your primary value is in the insight and the recommendation, not the build.
Requirements
- experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics, with at least 1-2+ years of
- experience directly managing or leading teams of technical analysts.
- Analytical Fluency: Strong SQL skills across relational data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
- BI & Visualization Mastery : Demonstrated mastery of enterprise BI tooling (Looker/LookML, Tableau, Power BI) with a passion for designing clean, intuitive, and highly scannable visualizations.
- Executive Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present dense data findings to non-technical business partners and confidently recommend operational changes.
- Experience working natively with Looker (LookML).
- Background in management consulting, corporate finance, or advanced investment/operations analytics.
