Responsibilities

Reduce their attack surface across private cloud, hybrid cloud, public cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
Reduce their exposure to risks that impact their identity and brand.
Develop operational resilience.
Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory and compliance obligations.
Perform continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts/events and respond according to operational procedures.
Handle customer incidents, requests, and service tickets within agreed SLAs.
Maintain documentation of incidents, requests, changes, and customer communications.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide timely issue updates and resolution status. Skills &

experience in Network Security Operations. Basic to intermediate hands-on
experience with: Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Panorama FortiGate Firewalls and FortiManager Remote VPN (Global Protect & Forti-connect) Microsoft Azure Networking (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Route Tables, Load Balancers) Good to have understanding on monitoring tool “Solarwind, PRTG, Strata, or any” Good Understanding of: Firewall policy management NAT, routing, VPN technologies TCP/IP, networking fundamentals and Protocols Packets level and initial troubleshooting
Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.
Basic understanding of cloud security and Azure infrastructure.
Desired Certifications PCNSA Fortinet NSE / FCA Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment.

Key Accountabilities Monitor customer network and security environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
Take care first-level troubleshooting for firewall, connectivity, routing, and security-related incidents.
Acknowledge standard operational tasks, service requests, and pre-approved changes following the established process.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete diagnostic details.
Assist with routine health checks and operational reporting activities.
Follow-up incident, problem, change, and maintenance management processes.
Participate in shift-based operations and provide support during planned maintenance windows.
