Responsibilities

Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer enquiries Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Candidates must be able to speak, read and write both languages proficiently. High school diploma or equivalent One Year of customer service
experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers, preferably in a call center environment Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 6:55am and ending as late as 10:00 p.m.

Monday through Sunday Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately PAY RANGE: $13.88 - $20.82 CULTURE AND
