Responsibilities
- Ship faster and more confidently with global coverage across 600,000+ devices, 800+ payment methods, 150+ countries, and 100+ languages.
- Own a blank canvas for enterprise transformation, where you will have full operational autonomy to design, build, and optimize Testlio’s global governance and corporate program frameworks from the ground up rather than maintaining inherited legacy structures.
- Define and enforce cross-functional program governance structures, clear escalation paths, and operational status frameworks to maintain unified alignment across distributed engineering, product, and client delivery tracks.
- Run automated enterprise tracking systems and dashboards within project portfolio management tools, constructing a centralized, single source of truth for asynchronous global updates.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives by applying systematic change management frameworks to analyze cross-departmental impacts, deliver training programs, and ensure sustainable tool and workflow adoption.

- Advanced, practical administrative mastery of enterprise portfolio management tools (such as Monday.com) to build automated status dashboards and configure asynchronous workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to align operational program milestones with corporate budgetary constraints, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving efficiencies across cross-functional tracks Proven
