Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the sourcing, planning, execution, and measurement of webinars, conferences, executive dinners, trade shows, and customer-facing events - Build and manage co-marketing partnerships with strategic partners, agencies, communities, technology platforms, and ecosystem organizations - Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams on attendee sourcing, outbound targeting, event engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up - Manage webinar operations end-to-end including speaker coordination,

- ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to own and scale Retell AI’s event and webinar motion across the customer support, contact center, and AI ecosystem.
- You’ll work closely with sales, growth, founders, and GTM leadership to create high-impact programs that generate measurable business outcomes.
- experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or other go-to-market functions. - Recent graduates with academic backgrounds in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields are also encouraged to apply. -
