Requirements
- The Graduate Manufacturing Engineer supports NPI Engineering in the development, implementation, documentation, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to meet production
- Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, routing, work instructions, and controlled documentation Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including prototype builds, process trials, testing, data collection, validation, and production handover Help troubleshoot basic manufacturing, process, equipment, and technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers and technicians Support the creation and maintenance of work
- Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field) Strong fundamental engineering knowledge with interest in manufacturing systems, process development, tooling, automation, and NPI execution Good analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills with willingness to use structured engineering methods Strong communication, teamwork, documentation, and follow-up abilities Willingness to learn, take guidance, adapt quickly,
- experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product development, or testing Exposure to manufacturing processes, CAD tools, prototyping, data analysis, measurement systems, or process documentation work ✅ Note: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior working experience is not required.
