Responsibilities
- Define and implement price corridors, approval thresholds, and escalation models.
- Lead pricing councils and ensure adoption of pricing standards across regions.
- Drive structured price increase programs and ensure disciplined execution.
- Establish transparency and compliance in pricing decisions across markets. 2.
- Identify drivers of discount variance and margin erosion.
- Lead targeted initiatives to improve gross-to-net performance and close realization gaps.
- Build advanced financial models to evaluate price-volume-mix effects and margin impact.
- Define and monitor pricing KPIs, including realization, discount dispersion, and incremental margin contribution.
- Conduct market research and competitive price positioning analysis.
- Manage lifecycle pricing optimization. 4.Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams.
- Align Regional Leaders, Marketing, and Finance around pricing decisions.
- Influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies without direct authority.
Requirements
- Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. 5+ years of
- experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy. Proven
- experience improving price realization and driving measurable margin expansion. Strong background in contract-driven, negotiated, or tender-based pricing environments.
- Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle pricing management. Advanced modelling skills (required).
- Experience working with transactional-level sales data and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong understanding of price-volume-mix analysis and financial impact modelling.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated global industries strongly preferred.
