Responsibilities

As a Payroll Consultant at SD Worx Iberia, you will help clients to execute and optimise their payroll process, being their trusted advisor while we will work on your personal development, technical knowledge and career opportunities.
Management of personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations). •
Payroll calculation and communication with official bodies. •
Client management at local level and monitoring of activity at corporate level (for international companies).
A strong interest in HR , especially in payroll management and employment legislation. •
Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications. •
A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail. •
