This role is ideal for a confident Montessori guide who is grounded in Montessori philosophy, skilled in classroom leadership, enjoys teaching young children, and is committed to fostering independence, concentration, and joy in learning.

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a complete, orderly, and developmentally appropriate Casa environment Deliver high-quality Montessori presentations in Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in alignment with Montessori principles Foster a calm, respectful classroom culture that supports independence, grace, and social development Collaborate closely with classroom assistants and mentor them in Montessori best practices
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of lead Casa (2.5–6) Montessori teaching
