Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain lab and field-testing equipment under supervision
- Accurately document test results and report any variances or irregularities
- Support quality control initiatives and learn compliance requirements
Requirements
- experience in materials testing or construction quality control.
- The role provides hands-on training and mentorship to build foundational skills, with the goal of preparing the apprentice for certification and long-term success in the field.
- Learn from experienced technicians with the goal of achieving QC Inspector certification within two years of commencing employment What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to learn technical procedures and pursue certification Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Expectation to pursue the QC Inspector certification within two years of commencing employment Work Environment
