You will help bring the value of Workday’s HCM solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed for leading organizations in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
Ability to travel across KSA, the Gulf and META region up to ~50% as required.
You will play a critical role in shaping how Workday shows up in this new market: bringing market feedback into our global teams, helping to build repeatable playbooks for KSA and the region, and acting as a visible champion of Workday’s HCM and AI capabilities in the local HR technology ecosystem. Act as a trusted advisor on how AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI in Workday can improve employee experience, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
AI & Trustworthy Innovation Clearly articulate the business value of Workday’s “Trustworthy AI” approach—how we enhance decision quality, reduce bias, and automate administrative work without compromising security or compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Management, Services, Marketing, and Value Management to bring the “voice of the customer” into our global roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Partner with ecosystem stakeholders (implementation partners, alliances, and local influencers) to support successful deployments and customer success. About You Basic
experience in cloud-based HCM or HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar). 5+ years of deep Human Capital Management domain expertise across areas such as Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, and/or Workforce Management. Other
experience working with enterprise or large mid-market organizations in the Middle East; direct KSA experience strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of HR practices and regulatory considerations in KSA (e.g., local labor law, nationalization initiatives, public vs. private sector nuances).
Language & Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
AI & Technology Savviness: Strong interest in and understanding of how AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI apply to enterprise platforms and HCM use cases.
Ability to explain AI-driven capabilities and their business impact in simple, trusted, and locally relevant terms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

About the Team Our Solution Consulting team acts as a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for building a compelling vision of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.
Responsibilities Strategic Pursuit & Market Expansion Orchestrate the end-to-end technical sales cycle for prospects and customers in KSA and extended region, including deep-dive discovery, tailored solution demonstrations, and strategic vision workshops.

As the first Senior HCM Solution Consultant based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be a foundational member of the core team responsible for opening and scaling a new market for Workday in KSA and across the extended new region.
Working closely with our sales counterparts, you will help drive net-new opportunities as well as Customer Base expansion.
You will also collaborate regularly with Product Management, Services/Implementation, Marketing, and Value Management on key account activity, giving you broad exposure to many areas of the business.
As our customer base grows in META, our Solution Consultants also support proactive engagements to accelerate product adoption and optimization, improving overall customer health and enabling continued customer growth.
