Requirements
- Qualifications Montessori Certification (MACTE or AMI) Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators Montessori training or certification (require or willing to be trained) Minimum 1–2 years of
- experience in a licensed child care classroom role Strong knowledge of child development and classroom leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in parent communication
