- JOB SUMMARY Job Profile Summary The Manager – Scheduling, Crude Oil Marketing will provide day-to-day and strategic leadership to a team of Schedulers.
- This includes but is not limited to providing technical training, appropriate oversight, mentoring, and employee onboarding, development, and corrective actions if necessary.
- This role should develop and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with ONEOK’s Core Values and the broader Crude Oil Commercial team’s strategic priorities.
- To address the 24/7/365 nature of the business, the Manager will develop and implement cross-training and coverage strategies to provide necessary business continuity and employee work/life balance.
