Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data extracts to support operational, compliance, and leadership reporting needs.
- Investigate system issues, support troubleshooting efforts, perform root-cause analysis, and help coordinate timely resolution of defects, data issues, and integration challenges.
- Support integrations and data flows between Workday and other HR platforms such as Gre y tHR , Deel, Cornerstone, Phenom, and related ecosystem tools.
- Maintain strong data governance practices, including data accuracy, audit readiness, process documentation, and adherence to internal controls.
Requirements
- experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HCM systems support within a complex, enterprise environment. Strong hands-on
- experience with Workday, including configuration, reporting, business processes, testing, and production support is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of one or more additional HR technology platforms, such as Gre y tHR , Deel, Cornerstone, Phenom, or similar systems is preferred.
- Experience supporting integrations, data validation, audits, and system issue resolution across multiple HR platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global support environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, Recruiting, Payroll, IT, and business functions.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country operations is strongly preferred.
- Workday certifications would be an asset.
- Ability to work flexibly with overlapping North American business hours from India. (Preferably between 12PM -8.30PM) Hybrid work model.
