Requirements

Assembles, disassembles, replaces, and calibrates machinery and parts as needed. Basic
High School Diploma or GED
Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, stoop and bend.
Computer proficiency including Microsoft and Windows products.
Demonstrates ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.
Possesses an operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to team members.
Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses the ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble manufacturing equipment.

Demonstrates the ability to work effectively under limited supervision. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Starting salary for position: [$23.00] per hour.
Paid Vacation: [2] weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year. Paid Holidays.
Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions .
