- About the Role As a Workday Integration Consultant on the Workday Success Plans team, you will be a trusted advisor to customers navigating their post go-live experience.

- In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting research to develop a deep understanding of customer questions and related Workday Integration concepts, ensuring you can deliver accurate and relevant guidance Delivering small-scope consulting engagements in response to customer requests, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, and tips for getting the most from Workday Integrations Troubleshooting product configuration to identify and recommend optimal solutions that align
- requirements reviews with a detailed deliverable calling out opportunities for optimization Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs Deployments including full deployment of Workday features Completing and maintaining Workday product expertise and Workday Certification(s), along with staying familiar with the Workday roadmap Keeping up to date with industry practices and engaging with customers on relevant trends and topics Helping develop new programs that encourage customer feature adoption and
- experience in Workday integrations, consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role Strong expertise in Workday Studio Certified and hands-on
- experience with Core Connectors, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services and most importantly Orchestrate for Integrations (O4I) 3+ years of IT implementation experience 3+ years of
- experience with HR and/or Finance systems , including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards Other
- Qualifications: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences, explain complex technical concepts clearly, and build trust with customers through every interaction Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and apply new Workday features, product updates, and industry developments to provide customers with up-to- date and relevant guidance.
