Responsibilities

Support preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and work with team members to implement effective solutions.

Ability to learn, apply, and follow safe work practices and operating procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What You'll Be Doing Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment.
Follow safety procedures and participate in plant safety initiatives and training programs.
Learn and apply mechanical maintenance best practices while developing technical skills in a heavy industrial environment.
What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in industrial equipment maintenance.
Capability to read, understand, and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
Dependable work ethic with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
