Responsibilities
- Lead the Consumer Replacement Sales team to find solutions to reach business growth objectives.
- Lead the development of multi-year customer account plans/strategies to capitalize on growth/profit opportunities - Ensuring appropriate alignment and successfully managing Goodyear performance.
- Ensure the Distribution Strategy supports Goodyear's financial objectives and the needs of the channels.
- Create forward-looking strategies to improve profitability and drive growth.
- Lead the Sales team to develop cost-effective solutions for customers that will deliver company growth and EBIT.
- Lead and develop consumer sales replacement team by building leadership capabilities, supporting professional development and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver on short and long-term business objectives.
- Align support functions to deliver end-to-end solutions for customers aligned with business strategy that meets short and long-term strategic needs of the organization. KEY
Requirements
- The incumbent is accountable for the delivery of financial results (P&L) for the North America Consumer Replacement business across all channels and will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategies as well as monitoring and assessing market dynamics, competitor actions, and regulatory factors across the region.
- experience with a deep understanding of automotive industry and multi-country business operations. 10 or more years of
- experience working in leadership position(s) - Accountable for strategy development and execution. Previous
- experience managing strategic customer relationships. Previous
- experience managing a P&L (profit and loss) as part of a business leadership experience.
- KEY SKILLS Demonstrated ability to profitably grow a business, set/execute a forward-looking business strategy and deliver results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Strong business/financial acumen - With a working knowledge of the competitive landscape.
