Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks to standardize how the Solutions team approaches different customer technical needs within and across segments.
- Identify opportunities for experiment-driven improvements in the technical sales and implementation process Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the development of professional services offerings and technical engagement models that maximize customer success
- Collaborate with product & engineering teams to ensure Solutions team feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap
- Help prepare materials for executive reviews highlighting technical implementation successes and challenges Drive delivery excellence across the Solutions team
- Design and implement scalable frameworks and AI products that help Solutions teams consistently deliver value to clients, from pre-sales through post-sales
- Own the rollout of new methodologies, ensuring adoption through clear documentation, training, and change management
- Track delivery performance over time and use data to continuously improve how the team operates Data-Driven Decision Support
- Identify and operationalize the right metrics to optimize the Solutions team impact on customer success & revenue
- Create and maintain reporting mechanisms around technical implementation KPIs
- Proven track record in optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities.
