- Experience BS in Engineering or a STEM related discipline Up to 3 years’
- experience in Engineering Proficient with Microsoft Office software Strong verbal and written communication skills Uncompromising dedication to quality Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail Ability to manage one or two projects concurrently.

- The position is responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects and contributing to the overall success of our engineering department and plays a critical role in the development and refinement of manufacturing processes, material flow, and standard operating procedures. - Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
- Supports the improvement of manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
- Assists with the engineering change process and all relevant communication/documentation Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
