Requirements

experience at a top technology company. - A founder's mindset: a problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves to build from scratch. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable going deep into data and processes. - Excellent written communicator.
Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR-tech products. - Familiarity with metrics frameworks, dashboards, or org-data products. - Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

THE ROLE We're hiring a Product Owner to build and own ARQ's operating system: the company-wide KPI platform, the employee directory it runs on, and the back-office tools that let ARQ grow and stay efficient.
The systems we run on are the ones we build ourselves, and this role owns them.
You'll work directly with the founders, engineers, and department leads across the company.
