Contracts Management Staff (TS/SCI clearance)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance.
- Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval
- Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance.
- Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.
Requirements
- Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests. Basic
- Qualifications: - Possesses comprehensive understanding and applies concepts within the field and related disciplines. - Ability to develop practical solutions to a range of complex problems.
- Engages with senior personnel on significant matters. - Active TOP SECRET clearance Desired Skills: - Active TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance with poly and ability to maintain a US TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance. -
- Experience in Federal Government contract administration/management and negotiations, program management, or a related field. - Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers. -Prior government contracts management experience -Demonstrated
- experience of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- -Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- -Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
