Responsibilities

Foster Academic Success : Support therapists in helping students improve their attendance, grades, and behavior—making a real difference in their educational journey.
Build Strong Therapeutic Relationships : Guide therapists in creating meaningful connections with students, 90% of whom feel matched with the right clinician based on their personal preferences.
Support Families : Assist therapists in offering guidance and resources to families, with 92% reporting positive behavioral changes at home.
Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice : Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Maintain Supervisory Documentation : Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system.

experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends). Preferred Qualifications :
Bilingual Ability : Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities. Educational
Experience : Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions.
