Responsibilities
- Develop internal and external partnerships to provide opportunity for efficient solutions to various data, system, and application uses.
- Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dashboarding, and business intelligence programs.
- Actively review new bugs reported and complete grooming and sprint planning.
- Collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy through Power BI report development.
Requirements
- Following standard SDLC process and agile practices within a team.
- Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data leveraging agile practices to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery.
- Ability to form key relationships with and deliver professional, customer focused service to key stakeholders and executives.
- experience with Dax Studio and Performance Analyzer and can optimize reporting based on analysis findings.

- experience Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience 3+ years
- experience with relational databases and SQL experience. Must have the ability to write complex, highly-optimized queries for data cleansing across large volumes of data. 3+ years
- experience developing Power BI reports (with M, SQL, DAX language proficiency). 3+ years of healthcare experience required, Revenue Cycle
- experience with ETL and Azure data warehouse concepts and processes (Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus.) Strong communication, organizational, planning, problem solving, analytical, judgment, and research skills.
- Advanced SQL concepts and validation review between data source and report output.
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
