Responsibilities

Build process maps and identify inefficiencies.
Perform gap analyses to determine areas for improvement.
Organize and facilitate workshops focused on problem-solving, root cause analysis, process mapping and other related topics.
Identify, recommend and implement solutions.
Create and communicate the action plans to implement the solutions.
Monitor and report on the progress of the continuous improvement projects to ensure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various CAE sites.

This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.
experience in driving continuous improvement and contributing to strategic initiatives that make a real impact across the organization.
Are you ready to: Lead and support continuous improvement projects by applying recognized methodologies such as PDCA, 8D, A3, Lean Six Sigma, and BPM (Business Process Management).
Atout : Certification Six Sigma Ceinture verte/noire, PMP.
Previous internship in continuous improvement, operational excellence, industrial engineering, project management, or related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to influence, listen actively and collaborate.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
