Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field. 15-20 years of
experience leading complex programs or projects in a dynamic environment. Proven
experience managing customer-facing or high-visibility initiatives.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders, including C-suite and executive leadership across complex, matrixed organizations, translating programme priorities into clear business narratives.
Qualifications Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience with enterprise program management tools and reporting frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex data.
