Responsibilities
- Lean & ABS Deployment Lead and implement Lean and Alcoa Business System (ABS) initiatives using PDCA and DMAIC frameworks to drive sustainable operational improvements.

- What you can bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree required - Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineer or similar preferred.
- experience in an industrial setting.
- In depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
