- This team plays a crucial role in driving Zenoti's ability to connect with Payment Service Providers and Banks and offer a diverse range of Pay-in and Pay-out methods, including cards, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods such as wallets etc. This data-driven program manager will develop a solid understanding of new payment capabilities and excitement for innovation and process improvement, along with stellar communication skills.
- Understand the payment ecosystem and Zenoti's platform end to end, the APIs in our systems, and the dependencies, and use this knowledge to improve our payment systems
- experience in program management and/or payments business operations.
- experience in the merchant and/or payments provider side (e.g., PSP, acquirer, aggregator, etc.). •
- Experience driving medium-to-large-sized technical projects with external financial partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing business needs and creating necessary documentation and system improvement requests to optimize functionality and productivity.
- Experience working with the product team and engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs and you can sweat the details to understand the impacts of these tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term effects. Benefits
