- The Delivery Director is responsible for leading and scaling CodeRoad’s delivery organization, ensuring the successful execution of high-quality solutions for clients.

- Relationship Nurturing: Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and thought leadership.
- Sales Support: Support Sales in pre-sales engagements, proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) by providing delivery credibility and solution guidance. 2. Solution Advisory & Delivery Leadership
