- LOCATION Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST ROLE OVERVIEW The AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions across business operations, with a focus on streamlining administrative tasks, building scalable workflows, and improving overall efficiency using AI tools. - experience AI Tool Integration - Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) to build efficient systems - Integrate automation workflows with internal tools such as CRMs, forms, and communication platforms Process Optimization & Documentation - Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows for better performance - Document systems and processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and team adoption
