Responsibilities

Build and inspire a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
Drive production, safety, quality and financial outcomes within a technically complex processing environment.
Influence operational strategy, performance and decision-making as the business evolves.

qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
Strong process operations knowledge, ideally gained in hydrometallurgical, refining, precious metals, chemical processing or related industries.
experience within smaller-scale processing, chemical manufacturing or metallurgical operations, including the commissioning, start-up, ramp-up of such operations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, engineering, maintenance and technical functions.
