Responsibilities
- Then create the pages, tools, and entry points that meet them there. - Analyze the end to end user journey and launch and run high-velocity growth experiments — Design, build, and ship weekly experiments across new and existing channels (SEO, partnerships, referral loops, viral mechanics, community, content) to discover outlier growth plays and double down on what works.
Requirements
- Someone who combines strong marketing instincts (distribution, messaging, demand capture) with the ability to quickly build and ship growth experiments using AI-powered tools.
- We expect a high-volume experimentation pace, think 10+ experiments a month. - Vibe-code production-ready growth assets — Use AI-powered tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, n8n …) to independently build and ship continuously. - Analyze, iterate, and scale winners — Build dashboards and tracking to measure experiment impact end-to-end (from impression to paying user), share learnings with the team, and systematically scale what drives ROI.
- ABOUT YOU You’re passionate about ensuring the smoothest user journey, removing friction to achieve high conversion rates. - 6+ years building or scaling growth in a high-growth tech or AI company focused on SMB— Roles such as growth, growth hacking, product growth, growth engineering, or builder roles. - Strong marketer — You understand acquisition, distribution loops, messaging, and demand capture.
- You go from idea → distribution → experiment → learning very quickly. - Strong vibe coder — You can independently build and ship production-ready web experiences using modern AI coding tools.
- Experience with Shopify apps, shipping side projects, open-source tools, or growth experiments that attracted real users.
- WHAT YOU MIGHT SHIP IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS Examples of experiments this role could launch: - A free AI-optimised SEO product description that attracts thousands of new merchants creating product visuals.
Benefits
- Compensation: €70,000 - €90,000 + Stock-Options/BSPCE Location: Work flexibly from Germany, UK, Italy, France, Ireland, Portugal or Spain, with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)
