Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and the feasibility of enhancements or new solutions.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine processes to streamline Legal workflows and improve efficiency.
- Lead system maintenance activities such as updates, patching, backups, and performance monitoring to minimize risk and disruption.
Requirements
- This role oversees system health, performance, security, vendor relationships, user access, training, and technical support while evaluating and implementing enhancements or new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Enables continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating existing processes, implementing new technologies (including AI), and adapting solutions to evolving business and legal needs.
- Stay current on legal technology trends and emerging tools, including AI, to support evolving business and Legal needs.
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of
- experience in Information Technology, systems, or a related field.
- Experience in system administration and management, ideally within a global business environment. Demonstrated
- experience leading and supporting projects of varying complexity.
- Exposure to or proficiency with workflow automation and business intelligence tools such as Power Automate and/or Power BI. #LI-MC2 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
