Responsibilities
- Manage daily attendance operations: attendance tracking, leave approval, overtime calculation and verification; ensure accuracy and standardization of attendance data.
- Handle end-to-end payroll operations: salary calculation, payment confirmation, payslip issuance; coordinate with HQ finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all HR activities: collection, storage, use, and disclosure of employee data.
- Optimize and standardize local HR processes to improve efficiency and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare regular HR reports and data statistics; provide accurate data support for local management and HQ decision-making; be proficient in Office tools for reporting.
- Undertake end-to-end local recruitment tasks, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow-up, and offer issuance.
- Build and maintain local talent pools, track talent market dynamics, and provide recruitment suggestions for local team construction.
- Support additional HR tasks assigned by HQ and leadership; ensure effective implementation of company HR policies locally.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals from around the world. •
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. •
- experience in recruitment, attendance, payroll, or labor relations is preferred. •
- Process-oriented, detail-focused, data-sensitive; strong reporting skills; proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint). •
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, able to work independently and handle work pressure. What we offer •
