- The mission of On’s LightSpray™ technology is to revolutionize high-performance footwear by drastically reducing manufacturing waste, cutting $CO_{2}$ emissions by 75%, and creating an ultra-light, seamless shoe upper in just three minutes.

- Global Data Cockpit Support: Assist in managing and maintaining the global data cockpit to ensure accurate real-time reporting and data integrity across the production line.
- SOP Development: Collaborate closely with production team and industrialization team to draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our innovative manufacturing processes.
- Shipment & Logistics: Provide operational support for the shipment of commercial models, ensuring that our high-performance products reach their destination on schedule.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and sustainability within the production cycle. Your story
