Commercial Contract Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Foster excellent relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with legal and agency teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts with clients in a timely manner.
  • Track, manage and improve contract related metrics that demonstrate customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaborations. Problem Solving
  • Analyse information to solve problems and present proposed solutions to Management with Manager support.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in engagements with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of contract language
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s level degree Proven
  • experience in a commercial affairs / contracting role. Some background in working with Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry is preferable
