El área de Relación con comunidades busca a un Especialista en Sistemeas, Automatización.
Será responsable de diseñar, evolucionar y escalar un sistema interno para el monitoreo, análisis y gestión de información del área y de los grupos de interés donde la empresa tiene presencia, utilizando automatización, analítica avanzada e Inteligencia Artificial.
El rol actúa como líder funcional del sistema, conectando las necesidades del negocio con los equipos de desarrollo, IT y data, asegurando su escalabilidad en México.
Responsabilidades Principales Sistemas, Desarrollo y Automatización
Definir la lógica funcional y de negocio del sistema interno.
Traducir necesidades del área en requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
Colaborar con equipos de Desarrollo de Software, IT y Arquitectura.
Evolucionar una herramienta rudimentaria hacia una plataforma robusta y escalable.
