Requirements
- We’re trusted by industry leaders such as Dish Networks, Strava, BetterUp, Kajabi, JG Wentworth, Abridge, Cortex, and hundreds more.
- In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) by understanding how to reduce churn in their portfolios and by leading complex technical sessions with customers.
- experience in working as part of a high-performance CSM team and can collaborate across functions. - Is passionate about driving adoption and utilization of software solutions. - You excel at crafting Technical Adoption Plans. - A natural communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience - Technical understanding of FP&A software OR Customer Success experience - 2+ years of B2B
- Experience driving software adoption with customers and technical leaders - Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
